I bring more than 18 years of leadership experience supporting individuals and teams in achieving meaningful personal and professional growth. I have led large, complex teams and developed people at every stage of their journeys—from individuals just beginning their first careers, to executives seeking leadership coaching.

I'm known for my ability to identify strengths, create clarity around direction, and support individuals as they move forward with intention. I have a strong track record of helping emerging leaders grow into expanded roles, strengthening team alignment, and guiding professionals through pivotal transitions.
